Who it’s for

Companies whose AI agents take real actions for customers (support, coding, finance, operations) and who are preparing for AIUC-1, SOC 2 or an enterprise security review.

Why teams choose a sprint

What your auditor receives

The Rends chain check showing “Chain intact — 200 records verified”.
A real run of our hash-chain check on the public demo chain at rends.ai/verify/chain (synthetic records, no customer data), captured 24 October 2026. That check runs in your browser; your auditor receives the stronger form, a signed bundle checked offline with our published verifier. Run it yourself.

Why Rends

What we need from you

Week by week

  1. Before week 1: Reserve with the refundable deposit, or book a readiness call first. Either way, we confirm scope at kickoff.
  2. Week 1: Kickoff, a walkthrough of your agent, and the requirement mapping. Ends with the control-gap matrix.
  3. Week 2: We agree the controls, connect your agent to Rends in staging, implement them and test each one. Ends with the test results.
  4. Week 3: We export the evidence bundle, check it offline with you, map it to the controls and hand it to your auditor. Ends with the handoff session.

3-minute AIUC-1 readiness check

13 quick questions about how your AI agent is controlled today. You’ll see which areas look covered and where there’s likely a gap. It’s based on your answers, not an audit.

Based on your answers, not an audit. Not affiliated with AIUC.

A. Actions checked before they run (AIUC-1 B006)

1. Before your agent takes an action, such as moving money, changing a record or calling an outside service, does something outside the model check that the action is allowed?

B. Limits on tool calls (AIUC-1 D003)

2. Is each agent limited to a set list of tools, with anything else refused?
3. Are there limits on how the agent can use a tool, such as amount caps, allowed values or rate limits?

C. Approval for high-risk actions (AIUC-1 D003.4)

4. Do the actions you consider high-risk wait for a person to approve them before they run?
5. Is each approval recorded: who approved, when, and exactly what?

D. Stopping the agent (AIUC-1 C009, optional)

6. Can someone on your team stop the agent at once, without shipping code?

E. Ownership and accountability (AIUC-1 E004, E015)

7. Does each agent have a named person who is accountable for what it does?
8. For each action, can you tell which agent took it, and with which version or configuration?

F. Logs an auditor can check (AIUC-1 E015, E015.4)

9. Are your agent’s actions and decisions logged in a way that shows whether a record was changed, removed or reordered?
10. Could your auditor check those logs on their own, without relying on your word or needing access to your systems?
11. Is your agent in production with customers today?
12. Do you have an auditor, or a date by which you need AIUC-1 or a similar certification?
13. How many people work at your company?

Our promise

If an agreed deliverable doesn’t meet its written acceptance criteria because of our work, we fix it at no extra fee. We don’t promise certification or an auditor’s opinion.

Questions

Is the deposit refundable?
Yes, in full if you cancel before Week 1 begins. Once work starts, it’s credited to the work done.
Which agent setups do you support?
Agents that can ask Rends for a decision before they act: through our Python SDK (rends-agent-sdk, with adapters for LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, OpenAI Agents, Google ADK, Haystack, LlamaIndex and PydanticAI), our TypeScript SDK (@rends/agent-sdk, with LangChain, OpenAI Agents and Google ADK adapters), or our REST API from any language.
Does the sprint include the AIUC-1 audit?
Certification is your auditor’s decision, not ours. We prepare the agent controls and the evidence for the requirements listed above; we do not cover every AIUC-1 requirement.
How is our data handled?
Rends receives what your agent sends with each decision request and records each decision in a hash-chained, signed audit trail, under the terms of our privacy policy. The evidence bundle is exported to you.

Your auditor decides certification; we prepare you for it. We cover the agent-control requirements listed above, not every AIUC-1 requirement.
