What are cookies
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They help the site remember your preferences, keep you signed in, and understand how you use the service. Some cookies are essential for the site to function; others help us improve your experience.
How we use cookies
Rends uses cookies for two purposes: authentication and security (keeping you signed in, preventing CSRF attacks) and functionality (remembering your preferences and settings). We do not use analytics cookies, and we do not use cookies for advertising or cross-site tracking.
Essential cookies
These cookies are required for the Service to function. They include our own first-party session cookie, which holds an opaque session reference rather than any access token, plus CSRF protection tokens and security-related cookies. You cannot opt out of essential cookies while using the Service.
Analytics without cookies
We do not use analytics cookies. We measure page views and page performance with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not set cookies or use other storage on your device. It reports which pages are viewed, where visits come from, and how quickly pages load, in aggregate. Cloudflare is listed on our sub-processor page.
Third-party cookies
Authentication runs on our own self-hosted identity service, so sign-in does not hand your session to a third-party identity provider. Our payment processor (Stripe) may set its own cookies when you manage billing; those are governed by its privacy policy. We do not allow any other third-party cookies on rends.ai.
Managing cookies
Most browsers allow you to control cookies through their settings. You can block or delete cookies at any time. Note that blocking essential cookies will prevent you from signing in to the platform. For instructions on managing cookies, consult your browser's help documentation.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
