Known limits

• Backups run nightly and every upload is verified; we have not yet run a full end-to-end restore drill.
• Connecting your own identity provider for single sign-on is not yet available in the product.
• Data-subject requests are answered by a person, not an automated pipeline; write to privacy@rends.ai.
• The audit trail records every request to our versioned API (/v1) except two notification reads, health checks and browser preflights; nothing that changes data is excluded.
• Automatic resume after an approval is in testing.
• The air-gap edition is proven in our isolated test and not yet deployed at a customer.
